In recent years, online sales in Italy have grown exponentially, and today 88 percent of the Italian population over 14 shops online: a market of 46.1 million people valued at 64.01 billion Euros, in 2021 in Italy alone.
However only 17 percent of Italian retailers sell online.

The validation process of the YOUBUYME business model was carried out from both B2B and B2C perspectives. In B2B, senior salespeople pitched the model to real shopkeepers, gathering feedback and creating an on-demand training academy for the telemarketing team. Through this, the team can grow exponentially, and today there is certain knowledge of the cost per acquisition for new shopkeepers.
Within the B2C market, YOUBUYME is conducting pilot digital marketing campaigns to raise user awareness in the conversational commerce model in marketplaces. Subsequently, the data generated will be used to model advertising campaigns.
