YOUBUYME does not commit to specific quantities. The customer's request is sent to all shops that can fulfil it. The first 3 that accept it get the opportunity to interact with the customer. This is a mutual advantage: when you have time, you can increase sales, while when you are busy, YOUBUYME can rely on other traders. The customer always receives the assistance they are looking for.

Customers won't see any products directly. No, that's not necessary. Once they search, they'll connect with you. You can then guide them towards the perfect product. During the chat, you can send over pictures or videos, or even do a video call to show them everything.

Social Commerce is a new way to sell your products online. Users can watch your videos, see your offers, get ideas on how to use your products and be inspired to make their purchases! Youbuyme is Italy's first social commerce platform. It has sections for social videos from our partners.

Customers can find you on Youbuyme in four ways. 1. Search by product name: If a customer searches for a product you have, you will be notified by email. You can then accept or decline the customer's request. You don't have to upload a product catalogue. We'll only ask you for the brands you represent. 2. Search by shop name: this lets customers find your shop and get in touch. You can also tell customers you are on YBM and they can buy from you. 3. Search by shop type: your shop will also be visible in the search section by shop type. If you sell mobile phones and accessories, customers can choose you from the shops in the telephony category. 4. Search via social shopping: We are Italy's first social commerce platform. If you're active on social media, new customers will see your business in our social commerce sections. Customers can watch videos of your products and shop, and chat with you.

YOUBUYME offers you three different shipping options: You can choose to ship through one of our couriers, ship through your own courier if you have preferential rates, or deliver the package to the address with your own private vehicle. We always recommend using our pickup and delivery service; you'll just need to print the label, and we'll take care of the rest! To calculate shipping costs, you'll have a dedicated tool called Simulator, which you'll find inside the chat.

We rely on a third-party payment system that guarantees security for both you and your customers. You can rest assured that your products won’t ship until payment is confirmed, and you can easily withdraw funds from your platform account.
